Answering the call

Simon and Nicola Neal, with their two children, moved to Uganda, following God’s call. With no plan but to love and build relationships, they began walking alongside slum communities, uncovering the beauty and strength within each person.

Hope Restored

They witnessed how poverty had stolen hope and dignity but saw God’s power to restore. Meeting immediate needs became a pathway to healing, showing people they were seen, valued, and loved.

Lives Transformed

As hope was restored, potential was unleashed. Freed from the weight of poverty, lives flourished, reflecting God’s purpose and transforming entire communities.

2008

Nicola and Simon leave Bath UK to go to Uganda after God speaks, saying, “I’m teaching you how to love.”

2009

After arriving, Nicola and Simon’s hearts were set on loving the community they had just joined. They soon connected with a group of local teenagers who gathered on a rubbish dump— and from that simple beginning, a Street Club was born.

This year also marked a significant moment: their first visit to a slum, where they launched their first project—filling a dangerous sewage hole to prevent drownings.

God’s strategy was clear and simple: “Just love them.

2010

Street clubs start in 3 slums K1, K2, and Banda a slum which has 1 million people living inside.

2011

Missions training base established to raise community change-makers.

2012

First Discipleship group meets

2013

Family centre purchased; all builders involved give their lives to Jesus.

2014

Every Life Kenya launches and the International office opens.

2015

Just two weeks of funds left, but the Lord provides.

2016

Every Life London launches

2017

Moses was appointed as the leader of Every Life Uganda, marking a significant milestone as our Ugandan leadership team became 100% locally led for the first time.
