Our approach
After 16 years, we have discovered approaches to different aspects of our work that best enable us to achieve our ultimate mission of bringing hope by demonstrating God’s love and power.
Our people approach
This is how we engage with individual people
1 Relate - We start by relating
Building meaningful relationships starts at home. We take time to connect, listen, and show genuine care, creating trust and reminding people they are valued and seen.
2 Restore - We call out the potential
We demonstrate God’s love by coming together as a community to bring hope and healing. Through practical support and walking with people in their struggles, we trust God to restore what’s been lost.
3 Release - We empower to go
We equip people to step into their God-given potential, championing transformation so they can bring lasting change to their own communities.
This is how we work to strengthen whole communities
1 Front Line- Meeting people where they are
We don’t wait for people to come to us, we go to where they are, where help is needed most, on the ‘front line’. Whether at home or in the wider world, this means stepping out in faith to serve, love, and share the message of Jesus in practical and transformative ways.
2 Life Group- Gathering people together
Life happens best in community. Whether meeting to receive aid, learn the skills or study the word together; life groups are a place for people to support and build meaningful relationships with each other.
3 Champions- Raising change-makers
Empowered people empower other people. As individuals see changes in their own lives, champions act as our hands and feet to bring hope to their friends and neighbours. Champions are not just leaders—they’re catalysts for transformation, bringing hope and vision wherever they go.
Our structural approach
This is how we are organised
Champions
Volunteers from the community for the community inspire and equip others to bring hope and change. They take the lead in serving their communities, stepping into leadership with courage and faith to transform lives and point people to Jesus. Champions have their name as we wouldn’t work without them
National staff team
Staff members facilitating activities. Our National Staff Team works at the heart of their communities, living and serving among those they are called to reach and supporting champions. They bring local knowledge, deep relationships, and a passion to see God’s love transform lives in their own context.
The International Staff Team
Providing oversight and support (Relationaly and financially) partners with and supports the work on the ground, bringing resources, training, and encouragement. Together with local teams, they work to see lasting transformation and the Kingdom of God expanded across nations.
Our structures represent our heart to keep the power at a base level. Find out more about our commitment to responsible mission here
These are the different places where we meet people
Home - Most relational place
From day 1, Every Life has met people in their homes, not waiting for them to come to us. This is where relationships are formed and deepened on a personal level
Dream Centre - Most community focused
The Dream Centres are community spaces for people to gather. It’s where hope comes alive. It’s a place of restoration and opportunity, where people are equipped with skills, resources, and encouragement to step collectively into their God-given potential and pursue their dreams.
Hub - Most variety of resources
Our dream is to have hubs that serve multiple communities. Whether that looks like medical centers, educational centers, places for work or larger discipleship gatherings; there purpose is to help more people in more ways.
