Answering the call
Simon and Nicola Neal, along with their two children, moved to Uganda in obedience to God’s call. Their plan was not their own; it was simply to listen to the Holy Spirit and follow His guidance, trusting in His broken heart. They began by loving people and building RELATIONSHIPS, which led them to walk alongside individuals in the slum communities of Uganda, uncovering the beauty and strength within each person.
Hope Restored
They witnessed how poverty had stolen hope and dignity but saw God’s power to resTOre. Meeting immediate needs became a pathway to healing, showing people they are seen, valued, and loved.
Lives Transformed
As hope was restored, potential was Released. Freed from the weight of poverty, lives flourished, reflecting God’s purpose and transformation he has for Every Nation, Every Community, Every Life

What we do
Practically speaking we try to act out relational discipleship by doing three things. They’re three legs of a stool; all as important as each other, all supporting one another.
Serve those iN need
Practical love in action
Holistic discipleship means not only pursuing growth and health in a person’s spirit but also body, heart, and mind. What good does it do to say to someone, ‘have a good day, stay warm, and eat well’ if you don’t give them food and clothing?
Similarly, holistic support needs to both meet people’s immediate needs whilst also working with them towards a brighter future. As an international organisation, the short and long term needs of each community vary, but there’s always something practical that can be done. We call our short-term support (such as nutrition programmes, medical support, abuse intervention) our Response group and our long-term support (such as skills training, education, spiritual growth groups) our Development group.
Preach thE gospel
Spiritual Developed
Through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, God offers forgiveness, reconciliation, and eternal life to all who repent and believe. We preach this message to all who will listen because we can testify to the joy that it brings.
As the popular phrase goes, ‘preach the gospel always, use words if necessary.’ Time after time throughout Jesus’ ministry on earth we see the words he spoke testified to by his actions of love and power.
MiNister iN thE Holy Spirit’s power
Holistic community ministry
Jesus pointed to the miracles he did as evidence that his message was true. We believe that the Holy Spirit is working within his church today, equipping them with gifts of healing, prophecy, knowledge, miracles, and more.
When we take someone with burns on their arms to be treated at the hospital, we also pray for healing. When we work with families to resolve domestic abuse, we also pray for a renewal of hearts and minds. When we provide supplies/respite to those affected by flooding, we also pray for flood waters to recede.
We work with Every Life, whether that is …
We help lots of different people in lots of different ways. It doesn’t matter who you are. All we do is an outworking of what we believe. Our heart is for everyone because God’s heart is for everyone. We are on a journey of learning to love and serve people the way Jesus does. This isn’t about Every Life, this is all for the kingdom.
