Nicola Neal is the co-founder and CEO of Every Life. Alongside her husband Simon, she spent years leading a church before moving to Uganda in 2009 to follow God’s call to serve in Kampala’s slum communities—where the vision for Every Life was born. Now based in the UK, Nicola leads the charity’s work, regularly speaks at churches and conferences, and has authored two books, including Gold: Finding the God-given potential in every life. Drawing on her experience of living and working in poverty-affected communities, Nicola speaks with authenticity and passion, bringing biblical stories to life in ways that resonate deeply today. Join our team

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, passionate Finance Administrator to join our team at Every Life International. This part-time role (50%) plays a key part in supporting our mission across the UK, Uganda and Kenya by ensuring financial clarity, accurate reporting, and smooth operations.
You’ll be responsible for processing payments, supporting payroll, tracking donations and grants, and working closely with our international bases. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ finance experience, a relevant qualification, and a heart to serve within our Christian ethos.
This is a hybrid role based in Amersham (HP7 0DO), with 2 days in-office each week. Salary: £30,000 pro rata.
