Lifting Up Uganda in Prayer This May
As the month of May unfolds, our hearts and prayers turn towards the dedicated teams and the communities they serve in Uganda. We've received some specific and urgent prayer requests from our colleagues on the ground, and we invite you to join us in lifting these needs before God throughout this month.
Nourishing Bodies and Souls:
Christina from our Response team asks us to pray for the mothers participating in the Nutrition program. May their involvement lead them to a deeper relationship with God and cultivate greater love and unity within their families. Healing Amidst the Floods:
The recent floods have brought immense challenges, with many people falling ill due to contaminated water. Solomon from our Discipleship Team urgently requests our prayers for the health and recovery of those affected. Growing Deeper in Faith:
Robert, also from the Discipleship Team, brings a personal request for our staff in Uganda. He asks for prayer that each team member will experience a deeper and more profound relationship with Jesus. Hope and Freedom for the Youth:
Victoria from our Social Work team shares a heavy burden for one of the youth groups they support. Many are battling drug addiction, and they desperately need our prayers for strength to overcome these challenges and find freedom. Celebrating and Sustaining Unity:

Solomon from the Discipleship Team also highlights a concerning rise in domestic violence and family breakups. He implores us to pray for the restoration of unity and peace within these homes.
